Group Outings Information and Procedures

At Fox Hopyard Golf Club we take pride in providing an extraordinary golf experience to groups of 12-144 players.

From $128 per player
Your group outing includes:

• Advanced starting times
• Green Fees and cart
• Range balls
• $15 Golf Shop credit
• Professionally managed event

Additional services available include: dinner banquets, meeting facilities, breakfast, BBQ lunch, deli lunch, cart lunch, beverage cart, golf instruction and merchandise specials.

• To guarantee your starting times, please fill out and return the enclosed group outing contract along with the appropriate deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward your final bill. If your deposit is not received 10 days prior to your event, your starting times will be released.
• All final arrangements such as total number of players, entrée selection, special events, etc. must be confirmed a minimum of 10 days in advance.
• Check In Process: To better serve all of our customers it is required that for groups of 12 or more the group leader be responsible for payment of the entire bill.
• Please inform everyone in your group that we are a soft-spike facility. The following dress code must be adhered to: shirts must have collars and sleeves, no gym shorts, cut-offs, tennis length shorts or blue jeans. The dress code also applies to the Pavilion and Clubhouse. Proper conduct is required at all times.
• We have a beverage cart to service the golf course. No private coolers please. All food, beverage and alcohol must be provided by Fox Hopyard. Any special donation requests must be approved in advance by the Restaurant Manager.
• So that we can provide cart name signs and stage your carts prior to tee off, please e-mail us at tpannier@golfthefox.com, a list of players by group at least three days in advance of your outing.
• The golf shop at Fox Hopyard is already recognized as one of the best in America. If you are in need of prizes, gift certificates or tee favors we will be happy to assist you. Golf Component in Each Package Includes:
Advanced Tee Time Reservations, Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, and Golf Shop Credit

All of our Golf Outing Packages include a basic Fox Hopyard Golf component and an On The Rocks Restaurant component. You may select from any of our pre-arranged packages or choose from the various components to tailor your own Outing Package. All of our packages include professional tournament scoring, use of our golf practice facility, and golf shop credit.

Group Outing Contract for Groups of 12 or more

Dining arrangements and menus will be supplied to you and must be confirmed 10 days in advance.

Final number of guests in your party must be confirmed 10 days prior to the reserved date. A $500 deposit is required; this confirms the minimum number guaranteed by the group. If the deposit is not received 10 days prior to the outing date, the tee times will be cancelled. Cancellation of event within seven days will result in loss of deposit. Please make check payable to “Fox Hopyard Golf Club”. Your check will be deposited toward the final bill which must be paid in full within three (3) days of event.
