2021 New Era Golf Membership Packages

New Members

As of December 20th, 2020 we are “SOLD OUT” of Golf Memberships available for New Members (Unlimited & Limited). The 2021 Golf Membership Purchase Period began on October 1st and will continue until we are Sold Out of “New Memberships”.  There is a limited number of “New Memberships” available.  You may email Ryan Jacocks, Director of Membership to see about getting on the waitlist should any golf memberships open up 2021.

Current Members Who Are Renewing

As of December 21st, 2020, Current/Active Members can Renew their membership for 2021 as long as they complete the renewal before their current expiration date.  The 2021 Renewal Discount Period (10% discount) was October 6th, 2020 – December 20th, 2020 (75 days).  If you have any questions as to when your current expiration date may be, please contact Ryan Jacocks, Director of Membership.

Please note: If you are a Past Member looking to re-join New Era Golf Membership, you will qualify as a New Member. Only Current/Active Members will get the renewal opportunity. That’s a great perk for continuing to be a member with New Era Golf.

Purchase a Membership Package

To purchase a membership package, you can pay with your credit card through our online store via the button above, or pay with a check made payable to “NAL Management” in person at the golf shop. New Era Golf Director of Membership Ryan Jacocks is always available to meet in person to complete the membership purchase and go over any questions you may have. New members for 2021 must pay a $100 nonrefundable initiation fee in addition to the membership price.

Please note, if you are a returning member and do not have an active membership now, you must join as a New Member for 2021.

  • Home Course will be Golf Club of Dublin
  • Golf with riding cart at other New Era Golf Courses $25.00 (Monday – Thursday and Friday from 6-8am and after 11am, NOT VALID ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)

Golf Club of Dublin (GCD) Junior
(New Member | Renewal Member)

  • Home Course will be Golf Club of Dublin
  • Playing Time:   Unlimited walking golf Monday – Thursday and Friday from 6-8am and after 11am and Weekends & Holidays after 2 PM
  • Trail Fee:   Golf at New Era Golf Clubs other than Home Course $20.00 (Monday – Friday ONLY, NOT VALID ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)
  • Cart Fees:   May pay $25+ for 18 holes, $15+ for 9 holes to either ride in another player’s cart or to rent a cart (must have valid Ohio Driver’s License to rent a cart)
  • 14 day advanced tee times  (public is only 7 days in advance)
  • Range Balls
  • Mill River Merchandise Plan – Pay only COST + 10% on all merchandise.
  • Holidays in 2021 that a Junior Member has to abide by weekend playing times are:  Memorial Day, Independence Day (observed on July 5th), Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

Golf Club of Dublin (GCD) Junior Member defined as a member age 17 or younger attending High School. Proof of age may be required (see membership contract for details).

New Era Golf (NEG) Junior
(New Member | Renewal Member)

  • Home Course is the Option to choose between:  Glenross, New Albany Links, Bent Tree, Royal American or Clover Valley
  • Membership is for the 1 course you choose as your Home Course
  • Playing Time:  Unlimited walking golf Monday – Thursday and Friday from 6-8am and after 11am and Weekends and Holidays after 2 PM  at Home Course
  • Trail Fee:   Golf at New Era Golf Clubs other than Home Course $20.00 (Monday – Friday ONLY, NOT VALID ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS), not valid at GCD for the discount
  • Cart Fees:   May pay $25+ for 18 holes, $15+ for 9 holes to either ride in another player’s cart or to rent a cart (must have valid Ohio Driver’s License to rent a cart)

New Era Golf (NEG) Junior Member defined as a member under the age of 17 or younger (High School or equivalent). Proof of age may be required (see membership contract for details).

Couples (Spouse) Add-On

This is an add-on membership type. You may add-on a spouse to complete the couple’s membership when purchasing your primary membership. The spouse will receive the same privileges as the primary member.

Child (17 or Under) Add-On

This add-on membership is only valid for a child member. A child member is defined as a child living in the same household, age of 17 or younger (proof of residency required). Child add on member will receive same privileges as the primary member, but they will need a driver’s license in order to drive the cart.

Driving Range Add-On to Limited Membership

This is an add-on membership type. You may add-on a driving range package to a limited membership.  This gives the member access to the driving range at their home course in which they have a membership to.

Mill River Purchasing Plan

The NEG Mill River Purchasing Program offers Members the cost of the item(s) plus 10% on all merchandise.  Shipping costs may apply.  Applies to all merchandise at New Era Golf Locations and Special Orders.

Home Course Selection

We ask that each golfer select a Home Course in which they play at.  With the Unlimited Memberships you choose a home course from the courses you get privileges playing.  We want to know your home course for 3 reasons:

  1. We want to know which course you plan on playing at the most.
  2. Your Home Course is where your GHIN Handicap will be based from.
  3. When you play in Golf Association Events you will earn points for participation and event completion, then at the end of the year we do our New Era Cup which takes the top players from each course and the host golf professional and we do a 1 day battle to see which course will win the event.

In regards to Holidays, all New Era Golf Courses will be closed each year on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day (December 24th-January 1st).  We take this special time to be with our families.
