Membership Protection Insurance:<\/a><\/h4>\n

You have the option to pay for Membership Protection Insurance that covers the following a medical condition, Death or Terminal illness in the family or Relocation\/Move. The cost of member protection insurance is $ 75 plus gst for more detailed information on coverage click\u00a0here\u00a0<\/a>.<\/p>\n
