POSITION OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Outside Services Attendant is extremely valuable to how CommonGround presents itself to its customers and guests. This position is primarily responsible for the management and cleanliness of the golf carts, driving range and practice facilities. Position duties include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMPENSATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

$15 to $17 per hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DUTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and presentation of the facility remains at the highest levels.
\u2022 Open cart barn and stage golf carts for use by players each day.
\u2022 Clean and maintain all golf carts ensuring they are ready for their next use.
\u2022 Close and secure the cart barn each evening.
\u2022 Clean and maintain the cart storage facility and the staging area.
\u2022 Provide assistance with customer golf clubs when arriving or leaving the golf course where possible.
\u2022 Pick the practice driving range and wash range balls.
\u2022 Ensure the ball dispensing machine is stocked at all times.
\u2022 Ensure the range and practice facility is set up, organized and clean at all times.
\u2022 Monitor cleanliness of all areas around the clubhouse and practice facility.
\u2022 Monitor inventory levels of all guest supplies. Report when inventory is low to immediate supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Assist with the setup and breakdown of league and tournament events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong>
\u2022 Ability to work nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays if needed.
\u2022 Self-motivated
\u2022 Great people skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXPERIENCE \/ BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS<\/strong>
Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Previous experience in a golf related service position is preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong>
\u2022 Work performed is physical in nature and requires sufficient stamina and strength to:
     o Occasionally squat and kneel to perform golf instruction and assist in course maintenance.
     o Occasionally climb ladders and reach overhead to perform clubhouse maintenance.
     o Frequent step up\/down and to safely operate and enter and exit golf carts and vehicles.
     o Occasional lifting of up to fifty (50) pounds from floor to overhead to empty buckets of range balls into machine.
     o Occasional repetitive lifting of up to 75 pounds.
     o Ability to operate a variety of equipment, including pickup trucks, golf cars, and other golf operations related equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POSITION OVERVIEW<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commonground Golf Course is looking for a few more members to add to the grounds crew for the 2022 season. We are looking for full time seasonal employees who work roughly 40 hours a week and part time employees to work the morning shifts, typically around 20-25 hours a week. This position works Monday-Friday and every other weekend. No prior golf course maintenance experience required. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, detail oriented, and able to follow instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
