Foundation, began an in-depth study of First Tee in connection with the City of Modesto. Then, in October of 2003, after planning and community networking, The First Tee Headquarters approved First Tee \u2013 Central Valley to be managed by the Del Rio C.C. Foundation non-profit organization.<br>Now,&nbsp; First Tee \u2013 Central Valley has steady golf course access because of the continuing partnership with the City of Modesto. Through the collaborative efforts of county youth service organizations, First Tee \u2013 Central Valley offers outreach programming throughout Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Mariposa, and Merced counties. Clinics are also held regularly in the cities of Modesto, Ceres, Atwater, and Merced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"the-mission-of-del-rio-cc-foundation-d-b-a-first-tee-central-valley\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#28a94f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">The Mission of Del Rio CC Foundation d.b.a First Tee \u2013 Central Valley:<\/mark><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u201cTo positively impact the lives of Central Valley area youth by providing educational programs that ensure character development, healthy choices and the mastery of life skills through the instruction in the game of golf\u201d.<br>Today, the D.R.C.C. Foundation Board meets frequently to administer, guide, and plan the future of First Tee \u2013 Central Valley.
