Initiation Fee\/Waiting List<\/strong> \u2013 at this time we are slightly under our cap of members.\u00a0 Until we reach our cap the initiation fee is \u00bd priced at $150.00.\u00a0 Should we reach our cap the fee will be $300.00 to be placed on the waiting list and no initiation fee will be charged once we have availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class A<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All married men and women and\/or heads of household of any age, including their children and step children, who are considered by the institution they attend to be full time students and are 23 years of age or under who reside at the same address, shall be considered Class A members and are entitled to all rights and privileges of the clubhouse and grounds\u00a0after payment of\u00a0annual dues\u00a0as prescribed by the Board of Directors.\u00a0 $1100.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class YA<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All married men and women and\/or heads of household who are 18 years of age through 35 years of age, including their children and step children, who are considered by the institution they attend to be full time students and are 23 years of age or under who reside at the same address, shall be considered Class A members and are entitled to all rights and privileges of the clubhouse and grounds after payment of annual dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors.\u00a0 $775.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class AA<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All unmarried men or women who are past the age of 19 or have completed high school, but who are not attending college full time, shall have full privileges of the clubhouse and grounds for the price of a class A Membership.\u00a0 They may extend these privileges to one guest for the year (the guest must be the same person for that entire membership year) without paying green fees providing their annual membership dues as prescribed by the board of directors is paid for the current year.\u00a0 Only one of the parties will be considered a member.\u00a0 The\u00a0guest will\u00a0not be considered a member,\u00a0and may only attend club functions and have use of the grounds when the member is present and participating in the same event or function with the guest.\u00a0 $1100.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the purposes of this Class AA membership \u2013 \u201cguest\u201d shall be defined as being in a domestic partnership with the member and not residing at the same address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class AAA<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All men and women who are not full time high school students and are not attending college full time shall have full privilege of the clubhouse and grounds after payment of annual dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors.\u00a0 $800.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class YAAA<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All men and women who are not full time high school students and are not attending college full time and who are 18 years of age through 35 years of age, shall have full privilege of the clubhouse and grounds after payment of annual dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors.\u00a0 $550.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class B<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All unmarried men and women, who are 23 years of age or under and are considered by the institution they attend to be full time students and their parents are not members, shall have the privileges of the clubhouse and grounds after payment of annual dues\u00a0as prescribed by the Board of Directors.\u00a0 $250.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class C<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All high school students and under that are considered full time by their institution and are 19 years of age or under shall have the privileges of the clubhouse and grounds\u00a0after payment of annual dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors.\u00a0 $200.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class D<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All domestic partnerships that have the same address shall have the privilege of the clubhouse and grounds for the price of a Class A membership.\u00a0 $1100.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class YD<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All domestic partnerships that have the same address and who are 18 years of age through 35 years of age shall have the privilege of the clubhouse and grounds for the price of a Class YA membership.\u00a0 $775.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class E<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All men and women who are 19 years of age or older, shall have all rights and privileges as other members except for golfing privileges and cart shed rental privileges and shall be deemed associate members.\u00a0 Cart shed rental privileges may be extended on a temporary basis at the discretion of the Board of Directors for medical issues.\u00a0 Associate members may participate in all appropriate club functions upon payment of any fees attached there to and shall have the same golfing privileges as the general public.\u00a0 Associate members shall have these privileges after payment of annual dues as prescribed by the Board of Directors.\u00a0 $175.00\/Year<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Class F<\/sub><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A class F member is a continuous and active member of a particular membership class in good standing as defined in Article II, Section 1 of the By-Laws, who has reached the age of 75 years.\u00a0 Upon reaching age 75, this member\u2019s annual dues will be fixed at the same dollar amount as the member paid in the year they reach age 75.\u00a0 If a class F member changes their membership classification at any time, the annual dues will be the current rate for that classification on the date of any change.\u00a0 If a new member joins who is already age 75, their annual dues will also be fixed at the then current dollar amount as it relates to annual dues for their membership classification.\u00a0 Class F members will not be exempt from paying any other fees or special assessments as determined by the Board of Directors from time to time.\u00a0 This membership classification must also comply with all other sections of Article II and the By-Laws of the Corporation.\u00a0 For the purpose of clarification and compliance, a Class F member carries the same classification as they were upon reaching the age of 75 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business Package<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

EPGC has a new offering directed for businesses! Included in the package are 20 green fee & cart tickets <\/strong>(at our discounted outing rate) good for 18 holes, as well as a $50.00 gift card per package<\/strong> that can be used any place at the club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use this package in any way you desire. Key personnel, new or prospective clients, out-of-town guests or dignitaries are just some of the possibilities of your package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would also welcome you to use our club for business meetings, lunches, dinners or to just get away from the office and visit our beautiful bar and screened porch. Need monthly billing? We can do that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each package costs $700.00.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Our restaurant is seasonal: April 1st<\/sup> \u2013 November 1st<\/sup> approximate.<\/li>
  • Must call for a tee times Monday \u2013 Saturday. Sunday play is limited to members only.<\/li>
